We work with the Company Executive and their leadership teams to systematically evaluate opportunities and formulate the transformation strategy through a series of interviews and workshops.

We are able to work with our clients to achieve creative solutions based on the key strategic and tactical challenges that are necessary to deliver the transformational objectives.

Business transformation activities impact all aspects of the organisation; directly or indirectly; positively or negatively. We work with our clients to minimise the noise and to achieve rapid change that is unambiguous and sustainable. Our methodology focusses on viewing the organisation as a whole as our start point and how the strategic imperatives impact each transformational sphere within the organisation.

We then create a programme delivery structure that will enable the delivery of the programme business case, with a particular focus on programme management, communication, leadership buy-in, consultation (Workers Council interactions); Change Leadership and organisational development.

We create financial models that are at the heart of the programme. Our Programme Management Office governance ensures that the executive team have a dashboard that clearly and quickly allows them to model the impact of pulling different change levers (resource, technology, Time etc.). Ultimately, we are focused on delivering the tangible and non-tangible benefits and this formulates the acetate against which all programme decisions are made.
